As of July 1st we have no budget. I will not be paid for my work until we do. Yet the state says I can continue with business as usual but I just won't be paid for what I do till the budget is signed. I spend my money on parts and materials but won't be reimbursed till a budget is signed. My bank account is drained, my reserves are empty, what do I do? <br /><br />I know one thing for sure, this next year I am going to concentrate on cash business versus state paid repair work.
